You no longer
have to use
your own account
to book reservations
for others or
make note of
each of the
other travelers’
booking preferences
and personal
information.
The Travel Arranger
feature eases
the process
so that the
planner booking
the trip can,
with the traveler’s
permission,
book reservations
within the Priority
Club account
of the individual
who is actually
taking the trip,
without having
to secure a
password. The
traveler’s
information
and preferences
are available
to Travel Arranger
so they can
book what the
traveler wants.
The traveler
still maintains
control over
their Priority
Club account
and can access
their reservation
itineraries
to make changes
at anytime.
